The Grice-Fearing House B&B is Elizabeth City's newest B&B in the oldest house in the City, ca. 1798. The house is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. We offer two suites, each with a bedroom, sitting room, and en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and shower. Breakfast is served in the formal dining room with silver, crystal, and china. Guests also have use of the library and sunroom, which opens to a brick patio with koi pond.
